State-of-the-art servo driven four head auger filler provides an
economical solution for multilane Building on its line of Servo Driven Auger Fillers for dispensing powders, granulars, and flakes, Nalbach Engineering Company announces the release of a brand new, four (4) head, Multilane Auger Filling System, the Model NAF-M4. The “M4” dispenses a single product from a common hopper with four (4) separate and independently controlled augers / funnels and is ideally suited for multilane filling operations commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical, health and beauty aids, and chemical industries. The system features four computer controlled, servo driven motors and an easy-to-use operator touch screen interface. The PLC controlled brushless, direct drive, servo motor system provides superior fill accuracy and reliability while dramatically reducing mechanical failures and downtime by eliminating most moving parts. The user-friendly graphical menu allows the operator to easily access the product memory for fast set-up and accurate control of all filling operations. The “M4” is a compact and economical system designed for easy integration into most vertical, horizontal, and thermo form-fill-seal machines, as well as many other multiple lane production lines. The Nalbach multi-head system can be configured to match virtually any multilane application. These variables include the number of dispensing / filling heads as well as center distances to compliment any multilane systems. All Nalbach Auger Filling Systems feature self centering funnels resulting in
faster changeovers and cleaning times, stainless steel product contact parts and
aluminum structural parts for exceptional durability, an empty hopper function
for quick product changeovers, “Smart Agitator” technology to extend agitator
life, product memory capable of storing filling parameters for up to 120 SKUs
with one button recall, and weight set-up software that quickly, easily and
