Nalbach’s NECOFLO-G4 rotary volumetric fillers provide an accurate and reliable high speed filling solution for powder/granular filling into rigid plastic, tin plate or composite containers. It is ideal for sugar and fructose based products. Our “bottom-up” filling technique and tailored vibration systems for product settling virtually eliminate product spillage and dust. The G4 utilizes “push button” motorized servo control, providing on-the-fl y weight adjustments. Optional automatic weight control is available. A simple design with rugged construction, and quality manufacturing insures both high fill accuracy and reduced maintenance and down-time. The result is lower costs and higher profits.

- “No-Container, No-Fill”: This is accomplished by automatically stopping the machine when there is an interruption in the supply of containers. This simple system eliminates a hard-to-clean shut-off mechanism on each filling head. (A “powder filler” cannot be allowed to operate without containers to fill, as this action would result in degradation of the product.)
- Vibration Systems: Tailored to Your Product Unlike other powder fillers, NECOFLO-G4 is tailored to your product with bottom, side, or step (high impact) vibration systems.
