Request for Quote – Orienters

Will the orienter be installed on an existing vacuum conveyor or will Nalbach be supplying the vacuum conveyor?
A gap of 1 bottle length/diameter is required as bottles enter the orienter. Can this be insured in the existing line layout or will Nalbach be supplying a metering system to insure the gap?

Enter Bottle 1 Information

(i.e. 500 ml water bottle)
(i.e. round water bottle)
(i.e. PET, HDPE, glass)
(i.e. height x width x length)
(bottles per minute)
What are the possibe colors of this bottle (example – natural, black, white)
Expected orientation bottle can enter the orienter (example – round bottle any orientation, square bottles 4 possible orientations, Rectangle bottles 2 possible orientations)
Detail on bottle that determines orientation (example – what does the orienter need to “see” in order to determine orientation? handle, logo, cap)
Required bottle orientation after orienter (example – handle leading, handle trailing, logo leading)
Will the bottles be empty or full of product?
If the bottle is full of product, what is the product? (example – liquid, powder, gel)
